Plaintiff Cheryl Johnson-Morris filed her original Class Action Complaint in this action in the Circuit Court of Cook County on December 18, 2015, alleging violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”), 15 U.S.C. § 1692, and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”), 47 U.S.C. § 277, by Defendant Santander Consumer USA, Inc.
