Plaintiff Britton Thomas (“Thomas”) brings a putative class action based on a *662statement in a debt collection letter he received (the “Letter”) advising that if Thomas took the option of paying the reported debt by credit card, a $3.00 convenience fee (the “Convenience Fee”) would be added.
