This is a suit for sales commissions and involves the construction of a written agreement concerning the payment of commissions.

While plaintiff-appellee Parker was employed as a salesman in 1977 by defendant-appellant Basic Four Corporation (BFC) which marketed computers, Parker sold a computer to each of three companies; Holcombe Armature Company (Holcombe), DeKalb Office Equipment (DeKalb), and Select Service & Supply (Select).
