{1 Plaintiff/Appellant, JLEE Company, L.L.C,, was the prevailing party in a breach of contract action filed in Kingfisher County District Court. After prevailing in the underlying action, Appellant filed a motion for attorney fees and costs, pursuant to 12 O.S. 2001 § 986. After a June 15, 2012 hearing, the trial court issued its order on June 28, 2012, granting costs in the amount of $262.30 and denying Plaintiff/Appellant's request for attorney fees, finding "no evidence was presented as to the reasonable value for the services performed."
