{¶ 1} Defendants-appellants and cross-appellees, Spitzer Management, Inc., Spitzer Buick-Cadillac, Inc., and Alan Spitzer (collectively, “Spitzer”), appeal from an order granting the motion for class certification of plaintiffs-appellees and cross-appellants, Donna Burns and Marion McCloud (“appellees”).
