This is an appeal from a decree of dismissal of a suit in equity under section 15 of the Act of Congress •of June 29, 1906, 34 Stat. 596, 601, U. S. Comp. Stat. Supp. 1911, p. 529, to cancel a certificate of admission to citizenship on the ground that it was “illegally procured.” This case was argued and submitted with United States v.
