HALL, District Judge.
Preliminary Statement.
This is a denaturalization proceeding brought under 8 U.S.C.A. § 738, formerly Section IS of the Naturalization Act of 1906.
It is one of a series of cases prosecuted by the Government in different District Courts throughout the country. They have become known as the “Bund” cases, be cause the grounds of cancellation are based upon the defendants’ alleged membership in the “German-American Bund.”
