State Ex Rel. State Land Board v. Corvallis Sand & Gravel Co.

This action of ejectment is before us on remand from the United States Supreme Court. The issues involve the title to the bed of certain navigable portions of the Willamette River. Prior opinions of this and other courts contain the lengthy history of this litigation. By now many issues previously raised have been either finally determined or abandoned.
