Plaintiff Timothy Hayes (“Hayes”) brings this employment discrimination action against his former employer, Compass Group USA, Inc., d/b/a Eurest Dining Services, (“Compass”), alleging statutory violations under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 621, the Connecticut Fair Employment Practices Act (“CFEPA”), Conn.
