This appeal concerns the validity of a waiver of rights of exemption.

Appellee Household Finance instituted suit in the General Sessions Court of Madison County against Johnny M. Barron and Kathy Barron and appellants Eddie W. Broadway and Dorothy Broadway (parents of Kathy Barron) for the balance due on a promissory note.
