¶ 1. January 28, 2008. Plaintiff Priscilla Merriam appeals from the superior court’s dismissal of her workers’ compensation enforcement action against defendant AIG Claims Services, Inc., arguing that the superior court erred in determining that it lacked jurisdiction to enforce an interim order. Plaintiff also seeks at*569torne/s fees and costs incurred in pursuing the enforcement action. Defendant contends that the appeal has been mooted by defendant’s subsequent payments to plaintiff, and has moved to dismiss. We disagree; plaintiffs claim for attorney’s fees still presents a live controversy.…
