Plaintiffs, G.M. Wilkinson and Fidelity Trust Building, Inc., appeal the trial court’s judgments and orders affirming the decisions of the defendant, the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County (Board), which denied several of plaintiffs’ applications to develop land located near the city of Aspen.
