Plaintiff brings a 42 U.S.C. § 1983 suit alleging that her termination from employment with Nebraska State Employees Credit Union (the “Credit Union”) violated her due process and equal protection rights and that post-termination actions violated her equal protection rights. A supplemental claim brought pursuant to Neb.Rev.Stat. § 20-148 asserts due process and equal protection violations of the Nebraska Constitution.
