Joseph A. McCord and others, owners of residences and residential property on Peachtree Street near the corner of Seventh Street in the City of Atlanta, brought a petition seeking injunction against the operation by the defendants of an undertaking establishment on premises located at or near the corner of Peachtree and Seventh Streets.
