At trial the following facts established in February 1989 the defendant Paul Hudon was appointed conservator of the Estate of Helen Benny by the Newington Probate court. The plaintiff Mrs. Zanoni, as buyer, and the conservator acting as seller entered into a sale and purchase agreement for the sale of the so-called Brightwater property on June 2, 1989.
