Plaintiff commenced this action for copyright infringement and moves pursuant to Rule 65 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure for a preliminary injunction to enjoin the defendant Hansen Publications, Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates and all persons acting in concert with them, from further infringing plaintiff’s copyright of its guitar instruction book entitled “RHYTHM GUITAR/Volume 57/Music for Millions Series”.
