MEMORANDUM OPINION

JACK CADDELL, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter is before the Court on the complaint of Avco Financial Services of Alabama, Inc. (hereinafter “Avco”), seeking a determination that the debt owed by the defendants/debtors, Howard and Regina Alexander (hereinafter the “debtors”), is non-dischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6) of the United States Bankruptcy Code (hereinafter the “Code”).
