FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

The court tried these four adversary proceedings jointly on March 25 and 26, 1997. Based upon the stipulated facts, the testimony and the evidence, the court’s evaluation of the credibility of the witnesses, the parties’ trial briefs (Documents Nos. 32, 35, and 38), 1 and the parties’ post-trial submissions (Documents Nos. 46 and 47), the court finds the following facts by a preponderance of the evidence and makes the following conclusions of law:
