SULLIVAN, Justice.

Defendant Kelly Culver was convicted of Murder for stabbing his victim to death. He claims that the trial court erroneously admitted DNA and blood evidence and that his counsel was ineffective for failing to object to its admission. He also contends that the jury should have been given the opportunity to convict him of the lesser-included offense of voluntary manslaughter and that the judge sentenced him based on invalid considerations.
