In 1862 a decree was rendered in the probate court of Warren county against the plaintiff in error, as exec*691utrix of the estate of H. A. H. Lawson, deceased, in favor of the defendants in error, as distributees of the estate of Walter R. Puckett, deceased. In 1863 the said Mary Y. Lawson filed in the chancery court of Madison county her bill of complaint, praying that the said decree be set aside and a new hearing granted.
