The plaintiff, Oregon Mortgage Company, Limited, a foreign corporation, has appealed from a special order made after final judgment, which order was made upon the application of Alice A. Meyer, as the successor in interest of the M'eyer & Chap man. State Bank, defendant, and vacated and set aside a former order of tbe court, also made after final judgment, and a new or amended decree entered thereon.
