A. Bernert, plaintiff, brought his action against Harry Ber-nert and Annie Bernert, a partnership, doing business under the firm name of the Bernert Jewelry Company, to recover principal, interest, and $10- attorneys’ fe'es on one note in the principal sum of $300, and for principal, interest, and $50 attorneys’ fees on one note in the principal sum of $1,000. Subsequently, the plaintiff bought a second action for $500 for wages due from the defendants at the rate of $10 per week.
