The plaintiff-appellant in this private antitrust suit has appealed from an order granting the defendants’ motion to quash service and to dismiss for lack of venue. *861From the record, it appears that the Tennessee Walking Horse Breeders’ and Exhibitors’ Association of America (Association) is a Tennessee general welfare corporation with its only office at Lewisburg, Tennessee, and with its objectives :
