This is an appeal by plaintiff, Ray E. Powers, from a judgment entered in District Court of Wyandotte County following a month-long jury trial and from the order overruling his motion for a new trial. Plaintiffs extensive personal injury claims arose on July 29, 1975, when a crane on which he was working came into contact with a high voltage power line.
