ORDER OVERRULING OBJECTION TO CONFIRMATION OF PLAN
BENJAMIN COHEN, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter is before the Court on an Objection to Confirmation of Plan filed on October 27, 1994 by Peggy D. Dew, a creditor in this case. After notice, a hearing was held on December 12, 1994. Susan Eason, the Debtor, Kenneth Gomany, the attorney for the Debtor, F. Hilton-Green Tomlinson, the attorney for the Movant, and Charles King, the Assistant Chapter 13 Standing Trustee, appeared.
