I. INTRODUCTION

This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff MJR International, Inc.’s (“MJR’s”) Motion for Summary Judgment (dkt. no. 42). MJR filed suit against Defendant the American Arbitration Association, Inc. (“AAA”) and Defendant Victoria’s Collection, Inc.
