The dispositive issue in this case is whether the trial court erred in dismissing this action *618because the plaintiff failed to allege in his complaint facts sufficient to establish personal jurisdiction over the defendants.
The complaint alleged that the plaintiff entered into an agreement in New Mexico, whereby he rented a truck from the defendant U-Haul Company of New Mexico (U-Haul), a New Mexico corporation.
