This matter is before the Court on defendant Floyd Clark's motion [Dkt. No. 114] to vacate, set aside, or correct his sentence under 28 U.S.C. § 2255, as amended by the supplement to defendant's motion [Dkt. No. 132]. The United States opposes the motion.
