This case was certified to us for accelerated review from the Court of Appeals. It raises, among other things, the same constitutional challenge to Minn.Stat. § 253B.13, subd. 2 (Supp.1985), recently decided in In re Harhut, 385 N.W.2d 305 (Minn.1986).
