KRUCKER, Judge.

A denial of appellant’s petition for a writ of habeas corpus is the subject of review in this appeal. The appellant, who was convicted of four counts of armed robbery 1 and sentenced to four concurrent terms of imprisonment of not less than thirty years nor more than life, claimed that one conviction was void because the jury returned a verdict of “not guilty”.

A response to the petition, filed by the State, alleged that the jury did find the appellant guilty and that a certified copy of the jury’s finding was appended thereto and incorporated therein by reference. The superior…
