The defendant appeals from a conviction in Maricopa County Superior Court of four counts of armed robbery within the meaning of A.R.S. §§ 13-641, 13-642 and 13-643.
The facts leading to the trial of the defendant are briefly as follows: In the late evenings or early mornings of October 26, 27, 31, and November 2, 1964, robberies were committed at four different motels in the Phoenix area.
