The matter before the Court is a motion filed by the Committee of Unsecured Creditors of U.S. Metalsource, Corp. seeking: 1) a modification of the Wage Order insofar as it relates to severance and vacation pay and 2) authorization for the Committee to bring suit, in the name of the Debtor, to recover any “excess” severance payments that the Debtor may have made to terminated employees under the Wage Order.
