This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court that plaintiff Adair recover from Nevada Industrial Commission disability compensation, which the commisson had rejected in toto. The appeal is also from the order denying new trial.
We have limited our consideration of this appeal to the question of whether, under the pleadings and the evidence, the district court was justified in its findings and conclusions to the effect that, although the respondent plaintiff mailed an unregistered notice of the accident of May 25, 1945, to the commission on July 2, 1945…
