As originally drawn, the writ in this action of contract brought in the Superior Court described the plaintiff simply as “Scottie Industries” and commanded the officer “to attach the goods and estate of John F. Donohoe and John E. Leggat, Administrators c/t/a of the Estate of Frank J.
