OPINION AND ORDER

LEISURE, District Judge:

Plaintiff Musset Thermidor (“Thermi-dor”) brings this action pursuant to sections 703 and 704 of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e-2, 2000e-3. Thermidor claims that he was discharged from his position at Beth Israel Medical Center (“Beth Israel”) on the basis of his race color, nationality and age and in retaliation for filing complaints with the New York State Division of Human Rights (“NYSDHR”) and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”).
