This is an appeal by the defendant, the National Lead Company, from part of a judgment entered against it, upon the decision of the *536cause at Special Term. The action was brought by a judgment creditor of the Charles H. Pleasants Company, to set aside certain transactions and judicial proceedings which resulted in the National Lead Company obtaining a preference over all the other creditors of the Charles H.
