OPINION

DUGGAN, District Judge.

Plaintiff Jeffrey Knoblauch filed this action alleging due process violations under 42 U.S.C; § 1983, against Defendants City of Warren and James Vohs. Plaintiff also asserts claims of libel and slander, tortious interference with an advantageous contractual relationship, and civil conspiracy against Defendant Donald Lusk as well as a claim for negligent supervision. 1 Currently before the Court is Defendants City of Warren’s and James Vohs’ motion to dismiss. 2 A hearing was held on March 27, 2003. For the reasons stated below, Defendants’ motion is granted.
