Plaintiff, Howard Terry, brought this action against the Defendants, Memphis Housing Authority (“MHA”) and Robert Lipscomb, in his official capacity as Executive Director of MHA, alleging discrimination on the basis of sex and retaliation, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq. and 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
