This is an action for damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff as a result of an automobile collision. The collision took place at about two o’clock in the afternoon of January 24, 1946, at the intersection of Josephine and Seward Streets in Florence,- Oregon. Josephine Street runs approximately east and west, and Sewhrd Street approximately north and. south.
