_JjIn this workers’ compensation case, the employee and employer signed a Consent Judgment to resolve several underlying claims. Following numerous alleged violations of the Consent Judgment by Shop Rite, Hervey Morvant filed suit with the Office of Workers’ Compensation. After a trial on the merits, the Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) found that Shop Rite committed several infractions.
