Argued May 3, 1935. This was an action of assumpsit on a group life insurance policy, issued by the defendant company, insuring employees of the Pressed Steel Car Company and its subsidiaries, and on the certificate of insurance issued under the terms and conditions of said policy to John Ozanich, an employee of said latter company, brought by "Francis" Ozanich, the beneficiary named in said certificate and the wife of the insured employee.
