MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter is before the Court on plaintiffs request for declaratory judgment and defendants’ motion for summary judgment. Plaintiffs Complaint asks the Court to interpret two of its disability income insurance policies to determine whether policyholder Andrew Duke (“Duke”), and his assignee, Gary Crampton, are entitled to benefits thereunder.
