The Debtor and Defendant in this adversary proceeding, MARION THERESA MILLER (hereinafter referred to as “the Debtor”), takes up the suggestion that we offered to a very different debtor in In re Telephonics, Inc., 85 B.R. 312, 318 n. 3 (Bankr.E.D.Pa.1988), to remove a state court proceeding in which a debtor was in the process of attacking a judgment entered therein to this court if the debtor wishes us to question the validity of the judgment.
