WELBORN, Commissioner.
This is an action for damages for personal injuries sustained in an automobile collision. Plaintiff, Bert Jones, was a passenger in an automobile owned by him and driven by his employee, Carl Willis, when it collided with a vehicle driven by Israel A. Smith. Smith died as a result of injuries sustained in the collision. Plaintiff instituted this action for $100,000 damages against the defendant as administrator of the estate of Israel A. Smith. Defendant filed a counter-claim against plaintiff for damages for the death of Israel A. Smith. A trial by jury in Jackson…
