DECISION AND ORDER

RICHARD L. SPEER, Bankruptcy Judge.

This cause comes before the Court on the Objection of the Creditor, Wells Fargo Financial Services, to Confirmation of the Debtors’ Amended Plan of Reorganization. (Doc. No. 28). Later, in support of its Objection, the Creditor filed a Memorandum in Support. (Doc. No. 45). At the Hearing held on the Creditor’s Objection, the Court continued, until further order, the matter of confirmation so as to afford the Parties the opportunity to submit briefs in support of their respective positions.
