OPINION REGARDING CERTAIN MORTGAGE CREDITOR OBJECTIONS TO CONFIRMATION

1. Introduction
The Debtor in this Chapter 13 case, Heidi L. Brinkley, filed her bankruptcy petition on July 16, 2012, and filed a Chapter 13 plan on July 30, 2012.1 Debtor later amended her plan, three times.2 The most *209recent amended plan was filed on July 3, 2013 (the “Plan”).3
