A jury trial, beginning on June 18, 1952, resulted in a special issue verdict and judgment in favor of appellee for 50% partial incapacity covering a period of 200½ weeks commencing September 8, 1951..By tihe first point in its brief appellant says the trial court erred in overruling its application for a continuance.
