Plaintiff Illinois Bell Telephone Company (“IBT”) brought this action for copyright infringement under Title 17 of the United States Code against defendants Haines and Company, Inc., Haines Criss + Cross Publishers, Inc., William K. Haines, Sr., and William K. Haines, Jr. (collectively “Haines”). Now before the court is Haines’ motion to dismiss or, alternatively, for partial summary judgment.
