Plaintiff Primerica Life Insurance Company filed this rule interpleader action to facilitate the proper distribution of a $ 150,000 life insurance policy benefit to either of two claimants: defendant Barbara Frantz, the insured's designated primary beneficiary, or defendant Patrick C. Frantz, the insured's designated contingent beneficiary.
