This case is before us on a demurrer to the plaintiffs’ declaration. From that declaration it apears that on October 18th, 1921, Mary E. Cartmell and George Edwin Cartmell, the plaintiffs, leased by an instrument under seal to the T. B. Cartmell Paint & Glass Company, for the period of ten years from, October 21st, 1921, the first floor and basement of a store located on the Northwest corner of Sixth and Madison Streets in the City of Wilmington and a warehouse at Sixth and Windsor Streets in the same city; and for storage purposes the…
